Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — posting times vary
- Contact your bank — processing delays may occur

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
